When opening Outlook 2010 a user was experiencing the error: “There is no email program associated to perform the requested action. Please install an email program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Programs control panel.” to fix this problem I recommend either repairing the install of Office 2010 or uninstalling and re-installing Office 2010.
