After installing Procare 10.1 on a new Windows 7 64bit computer I noticed that even though it is a 32bit program it installed itself into the normal program files directory. The program would error out each time it was opened but if I moved the program folder to the program files (x86) directory it would load fine. I did a little research and found the FixMe tool. I moved the program folder back to the program files directory and then download and ran the FixMe tool this automatically downloaded and fixed the installation of the Procare software. The Check In and TimeClock software would not work even after this update and requested a client patch.
