Dell Optiplex 390 Hard Drive Replacement (blinking cursor and not booting fix)

After installing the hard drive to reinstall windows 7
Push F12 at boot, Choose UEFI (Optical Drive Name)
Install the operating system.
On the next reboot push F12 and choose bios setup
Go the the drive options and change it from Legacy to UEFI and windows boot manager
